Payment
All orders are paid at checkout through PayPal. Your order is confirmed as soon as your payment goes through, and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Processing time
Every order is processed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Shipping fee
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₱180 anywhere in the Philippines, whatever your order total.

Delivery times are estimates counted from the day your order ships. Weather, holidays and courier volume can occasionally cause delays. We'll let you know if anything affects your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the Philippines only.
Address details
Please double-check your name, full address and mobile number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a new shipping fee applies to send it again.
